Soon, motivated young researchers and talented future master’s degree candidates will be able to receive financial support for conducting scientific research or for obtaining a master’s degree at the world’s top universities. The  Fund of the President of Ukraine is preparing to launch a program focused on training PhD students and master’s degree candidates in fields that will contribute to the country’s recovery and reconstruction.
