President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky: “Youth is the future that is being created today”

📅 On January 24, 2025, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky took part in the First National Forum of Talented Youth to personally celebrate the achievements of Ukrainian schoolchildren, students, young scientists and athletes.

🔹 Address of Volodymyr Zelensky to youth
In his speech, the Head of State emphasized that talented youth are the basis of the reconstruction and development of Ukraine, because it is they who will create the economy, science, culture and innovations of the future. He noted that the successes of Ukrainian schoolchildren and students at international Olympiads, sports championships and in scientific research are evidence of the indomitable spirit of our people.

💡 The President drew attention to the key aspects of youth development in Ukraine:
✔ Support for science and education – creating conditions for the development of research and technology so that talented young Ukrainians can realize themselves in their native country.
✔ Development of sports and culture – investments in sports infrastructure and artistic initiatives.
✔ Rebuilding the country – involving young specialists in innovative projects in the fields of energy, medicine, engineering and IT.

🏆 Awarding of young scientists
A special moment of the event was the presentation of the 59th Prize of the President of Ukraine for young scientists. This is the highest state award for young scientists who have made a significant contribution to the development of:
✔ Exact and natural sciences – mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, engineering.
✔ Medical research – discoveries in the field of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and neuroscience.
✔ IT and artificial intelligence – algorithms that improve security, medicine and education.

Science is the foundation of technological progress. Thanks to the research of young Ukrainian scientists, our country is integrating into the global scientific community.
Ukrainian scientists are among the leaders of international research. They are already working on innovations in the fields of space, medicine and ecology.

State support is an investment in the future. Thanks to prizes and grants, young scientists receive resources to develop their projects.
