The Second National Forum for Talented Youth
On January 23, 2026, Kyiv became the center of intellectual and sports leadership of Ukraine. The Second National Forum for Talented Youth, organized by the Fund of the President of Ukraine for Education, Science, and Sports and the Office of the President of Ukraine, brought together over 600 participants: winners of international and all-Ukrainian Olympiads, the WRO 2025 Robotics Olympiad, the best graduates with the highest NMT scores, young scientists and prize-winners of the Youth Olympic Games.
This is a platform where the state says: “You are important. Your talent is needed here. The state is you!”.
🔥 The brightest moments of the event: a solemn ceremony with the participation of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the first persons of the state and star guests.
🏆 We recognized the best in the nominations:
• “Science of Victory”.
• “Code of the Future” (STEM, robotics, IT).
• “Architects of Statehood” (law, history).
• “Power of the Word” (Ukrainian language and literature).
• “Noosphere Breakthrough” (biology, chemistry, geography).
• “Will of the Winners” (sports).
• “Light of the Universe” (physics, astronomy).
• 40 young scientists received honorary awards personally from President Volodymyr Zelensky.
🎤 Speakers and guests who inspired youth: the event was attended by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Deputy Prime Minister for Humanitarian Policy of Ukraine, Minister of Culture of Ukraine Tetyana Berezhna, Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi, Minister of Youth and Sports Matviy Bidnyi and other leaders of change.
A special video message for youth was recorded by absolute world champion Oleksandr Usyk. The atmosphere was created by performances by Artem Pyvovarov, actor Volodymyr Kravchuk, and a stand-up lecture by Vasyl Baydak, as well as online broadcasts from the Academician Vernadsky Antarctic Station.
